·    Developing work breakdown structure (WBS) align with Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), schedule coding structure, planning section of PPM and standardization of schedules to facilitate integration of schedules in a multi-contract environment.

·      Building and establishing automated tracking tools for Earned Value Management System aligned with Project Management and client requirements utilizing Excel and VBA.

·      Providing procedures for construction schedule including all construction work packages.

·     Evaluating and determining accurate, effective, operational viability of schedule data to yield predictive analysis results regarding critical path analysis, project estimates at completion, quantifiable schedule risk assessments using automated modeling and simulation techniques.

·    Supervising and working with scheduling staffs to develop, manage, revise, and update integrated detailed project schedules including all phases of project execution.

·     Establishing and sustaining constant communication with senior management by providing reports and evaluation on project status and progress on a weekly/monthly basis; strategically analyze, identify, and troubleshoot schedule and project progress issues.

·      Utilizing in-depth knowledge in spreadsheet, word processing, Access, and other applications to              efficiently perform assigned tasks, such as job order processing and data entry.
